Pipeline’s School-based prevention programs aim to increase children’s academic success and reduce high-risk problem behaviors. Pipeline uses an integrated approach to delivering school-based services with evidenced-based programs that can positively impact a range of social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes. We work with students to identify self-esteem concerns, bullying issues; Pipeline’s All-Girl Prevention Program challenges students with the very issues that are triggers to anxiety, depression and suicide. And early intervention with students challenged with substance concerns and peer pressure can impact the use of tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and other drugs. In some cases, it can even offer improvements in academic outcomes. In circumstances where a student require more intensive support, Pipeline will provide school-based mental and behavioral health services.
